The above picture shows the exact palette I own - it was a gift for Christmas, and my first designer makeup. Having dark hair this colour palette is very versatile for me, but there is a wide selection of quad palettes providing choice for every skintone, style, and eyecolour.
I discovered this eyeshadow prior to discovering eyeshadow primer, and the colour lasted very well on bare skin despite my oily skin and busy days. The powder is loaded with colour and gorgeously silky to apply, easy to create subtle and dramatic smokey looks. This proved a very worthwhile item in my staple makeup collection, and can be worn day and night due to the range of complimenting shades within the quad.
I would urge anyone to visit a local clinique counter and try these eyeshadows out, as they are very high quality and timeless makeup products which are well worth the money.
