I got this for my birthday (f you will look at my user name, that gives an indication of my birthdate!) The person who gave me this, also gave me a body scrub, and I know if you were to buy 2 full sized Clinique products, then you got a bag of trial sized goodies as well - which I also got for my birthday. Clinique are often doing this type of deal, and although they are expensive products, they are a bit luxury and seem to work well.

So about the product.

It is in a round tub and although the packaging looks quite plain, it is one of those looks that says "I look plain, but sophisticated, and therefore you know I was expensive." The lid is a wide silver lid and the writing is in silver and orange. The tub is plastic and sort of see through, so you can see the light orange cream through the plastic. The tub is 200ml and costs £14. I never have spent £14 for a body lotion, as I often find it a chose to come out the shower, dry, and then start to put cream on - I just want to have me tea usually. So I don't think I would buy this again, unless it was half price and I highly doubt that will happen. When you screw the lid off there is a plastic inside lid, and I chucked mine after after a few goes, as it kept getting in the way and I found it unnecessary.

The body lotion is thick and you only need to scoop a bit out and rub in. It rubs in well and quite easily, and it clings to your skin and moisturises well. I found it worked especially well on my driest areas which are elbows and knees and it gives your skin a bit of a sheen as well.

There isn't much scent to this. It just smells a bit creamy, not really like any other perfumed scent.

I will use this once a week, as I don't want to use it up that quick, as it is luxurious, and also I wanted the benefit of giving my skin a treat every other shower.

A nice enough product, but for someone like myself on quite an average wage, I wouldn't buy this at full price.
