Just what a moisturiser should do...moisturises! (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion)

Advantages: Easily absorbed, no greasiness.

Disadvantages: Quite expensive.

I was given a boots voucher for my birthday and decided to spend it wisely! As i am approaching 40 (eeek), I decided to revamp my skin care routine (ie get one!) and toddled off to the Clinique counter voucher in hand. My skin is a typical 'combination'skin - as confirmed by the little device on the counter. I have never been a fan of moisturisers, as I find them to be too heavy on my face. I also find that most make the oily bits too greasy. So I wasn't really expecting anything marvellous. However, I could not believe how lovely this moisturiser is. I invested in the pump version and found that 2 pumps were all I needed to moisturise my face and neck. The lotion absorbed quickly into my skin, leaving it feeling soft and not at all greasy. It is light and fragrance free and I really notice now if I don't use it. It is quite expensive compared to some brands, but cheaper than other premium brands. I feel it is now a necessity rather than a luxury and be warned...if you try it the majority of you will become a lifelong fan. I haven't carried on with the cleanser and toner from clinique as I find even the mildest products too harsh, but this Dramatically different Moisturising Lotion is the bees knees!!!
