Advantages: fantastic quality, really quenches your skin, makes me feel posh using it lol

Disadvantages: the price, I need a man who'd buy it for me....

According to the Clinique website this is their number one selling product throughout the world!


This is the third part of the famous 3 step Clinique skin care system;
1. Cleanse with the non-drying facial soap or liquid facial soap.
2. Exfoliate and tone with the clarifying lotion
3. Moisturise with the Dramatically Different Lotion or gel.


Dramatically Different is described as a 'skin drink' to quench even the thirstiest, driest skins.
I first tried this when I got a little free sample of the 3 step skin care system, I was impressed with all 3 products but this really stood out as it worked wonders!

I have a strange skin type on my face, almost combination but the dry and shiny bits are in the same place! Confusing I know and usually end up with moisturisers making my skin greasy or dry, never found a happy medium until now!

So as I say Clinique recommend you apply this after cleansing and exfoliating/toning but it's obviously fine to apply after whatever skin care regime you follow.
I just wash my face with water and a mild facial wash and then apply this when my skin is dry.
As with all moisturizers it does make my skin slightly shiny while I'm wearing it so I find it best to apply after my bath in the evening when nobody but 'him' (who luckily loves me however shiny I am) will see me!

I got my free samples just before I went on holiday and so took them with me to save space in my suitcase, poping this moisturiser in my hand luggage as it was small enough to be allowed (in a clear plastic bag of course!)
The samples lasted about 5 days and as soon as I got back to the airport I checked out the Clinique range there and bought some duty free! This shows how mad about this product I am as Clinique stuff are very expensive and I'm not one for 'designer' skincare but for this it really is worth it.

I bought the one without the pump as it is slightly cheaper and you really don't need a pump as its good stuff and comes out nicely.
The RRP on the Clinique website is £15 for 50ml or £26 for 125ml so it makes sound financial sense to buy the bigger one which is what I did; I think I paid £21.50 in Duty Free so a decent saving.
This bottle is a square shape and see through, the lotion inside is a pretty lemon colour and thick in consistency.

Still very expensive I know, I bought this while my fiancé was looking at Duty Free alcohol lol so he doesn't know what I paid as he wouldn't have been happy, Any men out there who'd buy me Clinique...? lol

Great for combination skin and very dry skins.
I don't know if I'd say its 'dramatically different' as it's simply a moisturising lotion like many more out there, yes its very good and works for me but is it really THAT different??
