For years I have subjected my face to the cheapest skincare around, so it's no wonder that it doesn't look that good! My mum always said "you get what you pay for", so I thought I'd spend some money on skincare for a change.

I decided to try Clinique as several people that I know use it and can't praise it enough.

I really do feel that the dramatically different moisturiser is a really good buy. OK, so it's £14.00 for a smallish bottle (50ml), but you only need to use a tiny amount and also you only use it where your skin feels dry, i.e. I don't put it on my forehead as it's quite greasy. I've always put moisturiser all over my face in the past and within a couple of hours my make up is slipping off, but it doesn't any more.

I thought that the Clinique staff would be pushy about selling their products, but I was pleasantly surprised there too, I really didn't feel hassled into buying. Overall I've been very impressed.
