Advantages: better results with your foundation and good quality

Disadvantages: it is a bit expensive

I brought my brush from Debenhams its costs around £20, I had also brought some make up from clinique and was told this was the best way to apply my foundation I brought one. I am really pleased with the results my make up looks a lot smoother and even when I put it o compared to using my fingers as I usually do.

I have tried using this brush with some of my previous foundations that I haven't liked that much and have noticed a great difference in how they look they blend a lot easier and have an even finish whereas before they could sometimes look a bit much in one part and to thin in others.

It comes in a plastic pouch so you can keep it protected in your makeup and keep it more hygenic. You can also wash it, I was advised to use a mild shampoo and water and leave it dry over night, I have done this and when it dried it was exactly the same as it was when it was new I was worried the bristles may start to stick out or it would go rusty but it is fine.

The handle is really comfortable to hold it is round so there are no hard edges to stick in your hand, it is better than some oval sort of shape handles I have used as you can hold it whichever way you like whereas before I could only comfortably hold the brush so the bristles were flat.

Whilst using this brush I have also found that I use less makeup as it doesn't get soaked up by a sponge or rubbed into your fingers.

It is the perfect shape for doing small areas like the side of your nose, it also gets makeup into open pores which I have had difficulty doing using just my fingers.

The best way to use this brush is to use a small amount of foundation at a time or it can get brush marks in it.

I would recommend this brush it is more expensive than a lot of other brushes but it is very high quality and I am sure it will last for a good few years with regular cleaning and care.

Summary: an excellent make up brush
