OVERVIEW

Clinique is a great brand - as a more "high class" brand, its products are generally considered to be of an exquisite quality. This is, unfortunately, sometimes reflected in the price but luckily I had saved a lot of points on my Boots card and felt like splashing out. My local Boots is fairly small so there wasn't a huge amount of variety in the colours but I checked the Clinique website and there are absolutely loads of shades so I'm sure everybody would be able to find a shade to suit them. I purchased it in the "Peach Pop" shade.

PACKAGING

The lipstick comes in a very aesthetically pleasing silver tube with little dents in. Obviously its only a lipstick so fairly small but it is very pretty.

PRICE

I believe that the RRP is around £15 but as I said I had saved up around ten pounds on my Boots Advantage Card so got it for around five pounds. I absolutely love this product so I feel like the money I spent was definitely worth it. I'm not sure I would buy it if I hadn't had the points on my card but that's mainly because I don't have much money and nothing to do with the quality of the product.

PRODUCT

The lipstick is smooth and comes out looking lovely. The shade I use really suits my skin tone and looks glossy. I feel like my lips also are softer since using this. Another thing I like about the product is that it has an SPF of 15 so if you're out all day you know your lips are also being protected. It seems to last a long time too, so that's another advantage.

SUMMARY

I think this is a great product. Lovely colours, looks great, nice packaging. It is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for and this is a wonderful product.
