Advantages: Give wonderfully glamourous eyes!

Disadvantages: Can get cloggy after about three months so replace it regularly

I tried Clinique High Impact Mascara when it first came out and i have been hooked ever since! At around £12 for a mascara it does seem pricey but it really is worth it and the closest decent mascara i have found on the high street is by Maybelline and around £10 anyway so i generally pay the £2 extra for this one as nothing compares to it!

I was apprehensive when i first used it as i had once before tried Clinique mascaras and not been overly impressed but this is a different story. You can buy it in black or brown and i always buy black as i always have used black mascara so i feel a bit washed out with brown.

It gives a wonderfull rich black colour and lengthens and volumises lashes like no other mascara i have used. It looks effortlessly glamourous and you only need one coat to achieve this effect although on a night out i tend to top up the mascara just before i leave. It doesn't look cloggy although you do really need to replace it every three months or it can start to go a bit clumpy.

It's a really easy applicator with a typical mascara wand and the mascara itself is thick but applies evenly across your lashes.

Some mascaras can be a real pain to remove but this one literally glides of with some eye make up remover on a cotton wool pad and then i just dab at my eyelashes with a cotton bud to get the remainder off. It never smudges and lasts all day and all night if you need it too.

A staple product in my make up bag!
