It felt quite moist at first to apply and you only need one coat of it and it doesn't smudge or sneak outside the lip lines. It is not a heavy duty lipstick though and does need to be reapplied in the day. It is really better used as a daywear lipstick and is better for summer with it having the SPF factor. Clinque Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 Clinque Liquid Lipstick SPf15 is a cross between a lip-gloss and a lipstick as it's a lipstick made of liquid. There is the added bonus of having a spf factor of 15. Clinque make up is good as always 100% allergy tested and fragrance free which are good for people with sensitivities. What does it look like and shades? My most recent purchase was shade 05 -Earth Angel which is a natural/coffee type colour that gives your lips a bit of colour but isn't too dramatic. Clinique liquid lipsticks are basically lipsticks that are, urmmm, liquid (gosh, what a snappy beginning to a review!). They come in a tube with a little sponge wand applicator. I was given a sample in 'Pure Heaven' (a nice pinky brown colour) and was keen to try it out as I find most lipsticks too drying. I splodged the lippie on (very nice to apply), grimaced at myself in the mirror for a few minutes and then set out on my quest (okay, I went to the supermarket, but you know what I mean).
