Clinique Long Last Glosswear SPF 15

From my previous reviews many of you will know that I love Clinique products. This lipgloss is my latest purchase from their range and like Clinique products it doesn't disappoint. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY: I got my tube of this from the States where Clinique products are about half the price! Over here the gloss is £12 - which is quite pricey. I bought this gloss because I was in duty free and had run out. I was looking for something to wear over lipstick and tried one on that looked pinky in the demo bottle but went on quite natural looking. It was a bit pricey but I tend to splash out on my make-up - I wear it all day every day so need to be happy with it. The demo tube was nearly empty which was misleading and I was incredibly alarmed to note the colour of the full tube when I got it out in the airport about 5 mins later. There are over 18 shades to choose from in the Glosswear range and as well as being a glosswear it protects your lips. I love my make-up, I love lipticks and gloss, I love Clinique, but I have been very disappointed with this product. I have bought the Clinique Long Last Glosswear now n two separate occasions, and too my real shame, it has been a complete disappointment on both occasions. The product comes in a nice little container with silver writing, and a silver top that contains a little applicator brush, and certainly looks the part. This lipgloss comes in 18 different shades so there is something for everyone from pale neutral shades to rich red and berry colours. I normally love clinique products but this lipgloss was not up to the standard I was expecting. It does last a long time on your lips like it claims but the feel of it on your lips is too thick and very sticky and my hair kept getting stuck to my lips whenever I went outside. However the wrost thing about this lipgloss is the smell. It doesnt have a very nice fragrance to it at all, and almost smells like it has gone off, so you dont really want to put it anywhere near your mouth as its not appealing.
