Advantages: Smoothes on to leave a soft fresh appearnce

Disadvantages: A bit on the pricier side

This time of year I always feel the winte coming in my skin more than anything else. It starts feeling tight and dry, and this is just when I make my way to the nearest Clinique counter for my "doctor on-call" Clinique Moisture on-call.

At about £30 for a 50ml container, it is not cheap, but it is certainly a little miracle worker for drier skin. From the moment you smooth it onto your skin, you will feel the moisture just drenching in, and it immediately feels softer and smoother. It certainly makes my skin feel a lot more comfortable in the winter.

As it moisturises my skin, it does help to minimise those little lines around the eyes that look more prominent when skin is dry and tight.

It is a rich cream, so I think for oily skins it will be too much, but ask the advice of your counter representative, and she will guid you towards the right formula for you. Im really happy with my choice, and can certaily recommend it too those ladies with dry/combination skin that need a little extra care in winter.

Summary: An excellent cream for dry/combination skins in the winter months.
