Clinique Moisture Surge Extra Refreshing Eye Gel

The gel feels really nice, it is really smooth on the skin and quite thick. Other gel products I have tried before have been quite watery but this is really thick and actually feels more like cream than gel. I expected it to have a cooling effect on the skin but it doesn't really do this and is actually more of a warming effect when you rub it in. It has never irritated my eyes in any way or left them feeling sore.
It doesn't soak into the skin too fast, leaving you more time to massage it ...more |

I got this as a sample from my friend who works on the Clinique counter in Selfridges. She gave me a few little pots of it so I've been using them for a few months now. Apparently they are the same kind of pots you get in some Clinique sets or the bonus time sets. *Packaging* They are tiny clear pots of 10ml with a green lid and Clinique printed on the side. But the actual eye gel comes in a 15ml tube, and I think is around £20. *My Experience* The gel looks really nice, it's like a pink/orange colour.
