I must admit, I love this product. I was introduced to it by a friend who suggested I tried it, and now have developed an expensive addiction. When you open the pot and the apply the product, you are in for a surprise - instead of the traditional style heavy creams that are usually marketed for dry skin, there is a light gel like consistency to the product. It is lovely and cooling to apply to the skin, absorbs easily and is non greasy. The best bit of all is that your skin feels somehow cushioned and silky soft and ready to face the elements (especially important now we are approaching winter). Because the gel applies so smoothly and easily over ... Read the complete review

I got this as a 25ml sample size in a promotion pack I got recently from Clinique for buying 2 items. I've had a look though and found out it retails for £26.43 for the 50ml tub which sounds really expensive but for a quality brand I suppose it is normal. Clinique claim that it will: "Gives an immediate moisture boost and plumps up skins resistance to fine, dry lines. Instantly refreshes skin; leaves it feeling smoother and softer. Calms skin. Comfortable and versatile for all skins; lightweight; absorbs quickly. Helps protect against environmental irritants." They also claim that it will provide hydration for up to 12hours. ... The Second Free-ness and Surely the Best!! So I'm standing at the Clinique counter in Boots on Saturday, trying in vain to remember the name of the creamy, soapy face-type wash that I'm looking ot buy for my best friend's birthday, being stared at like I'm a little bit odd (which is probably true on the best of days and not least when I'm suffering from a severe case of maternal amnesia..) and I discover from the posh Clinique sales lady who is only just managing not to look down her nose at me (what do I care - my nose is bigger than her's anyday!), that I can get two free items to take home and try (and presumably keep..) hence the subject of today's ... I have been using this moisturiser for over two years now. Previously I used Clinique's 'Repairwear Intensive Night Cream'. I feel that this cream is perfect for me for so many reasons; it sinks into the skin easily, it is non greasy, it smells pleasent and it makes my skin feel great! The texture is more like a gel than a cream, but is not sticky like a gel! Amazing! The colour inside the pot is a pretty coral colour, but when applied to the skin is transparent. I really notice the difference seconds after applying the moisture surge, it feels like my skin is drinking it up, and feels instantly hydrated. The hydration lasts for up to 12 hours! ... The Clinique moisture surge extra thristy skin relief is a great skincare product. I'm at the end of my 30ml tube and just about to cut the top off it to get at the remains of this fab product! I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time at work when one of my colleagues was offering first dibs on her beauty clear out which included this wonder-product (she said her sensitive skin did not get on with the product). It's a moisturiser with a gel-like consistency but it's quite watery and not sticky at all. I use a pea sized blob and this does my face and neck. It's oil free and fragrance free and a lovely peachy colour. To buy ... Read the complete review
