... about 20 seconds to apply to both eyes. The pencil is a very soft, crayon like as opposed to a pencil. It does not need sharpening, instead you reveal more of the crayon by twisting the barrel. Personally I don't like the old fashioned eye pencils which need sharpening as I find the pencil too hard and needs repeated rubbing over the same area to achieve a build up of colour. I only use this on my bottom inside eye lid, I literally need to sweep it back and forth over each eye once to achieve a dark black colour leavi...more

Clinique Quickliner for Eyes: the only clinique product that is rubbish (177 words)

This is probably the only clinique product i own and dont think is any good. Basically it is an eye liner pencil which i have in blach and navy blue as a friend brought me them in a set with some lip liners. I dont know weather it is something to do with my skin type being oily or if there is a special trick to applying this pencil but no matter how hard i press there is only a very faint transfer to my eyes which wears off in about an hour. I expected this to be the same as the cheap eyeliners i own where they give a very dark black line without much effort but was wrong. I do not know how much these eye pencils cost but as ...  Read the complete review

I love skin care products from the Clinique range, and I usually only end up using their make-up when it comes free in a gift for buying Clinique products. However recently when Clinique were offering another free gift, I was waiting to be served at the busy counter and started looking through the make-up products. I noticed the Quickliner and before I know it I'd put a skincare product back and I was armed with one of these instead! I don't wear eyeliner too often mainly for 2 reasons, one being that I don't spend too much time on eye make-up when I'm going to work for the day, I just don't see the point. The other reason is that I often struggle with ...  Read the complete review

Clinique Quickliner for Eyes: Lovely Clinique Quickliner! (484 words)

I have been using the Clinique Quickliner on a daily basis for about four years now. That's going some for me! I love make-up and I enjoy trying different products, so for me to stay faithful to one item is quite an accolade. For background, I am 52 years old, so have a few (!) wrinkles and crows feet around the eyes. It is really important to me that an eyeliner stays in place and doesn't 'bleed' into my skin, even if I get hot or wet. This one doesn't move. I can apply it at seven in the morning and it still looks good after a day's work. Yet it still comes off easily with standard eye make-up remover. It is very easy to apply, and is ...  Read the complete review

Clinique Quickliner For Eyes I have never really spent a lot of money on my make up and mum my tends to buy quite expensive things when she goes through a certain phase and then she won't like it, so I know it will come my way to try out. Clinique's Quickliner for eyes happened to be one of those products and as soon as I tried it I immediately fell in love with it- no exaggeration! I have always loved their product I just think they are amazing quality! Basically, this is an eye liner made by Clinique named Quickliner. They do this in many different shades (I have this in 14 Navy and recommend!) and this is not a pencil, this is the version where ...  Read the complete review

Clinique Quickliner for Eyes: The Holy Grail of Eyeliners- Very Black (777 words)

At last, I have found an eyeliner that actually stays on me. Previous to discovering Clinique's eyeliner, I had suffered under the many trials and tribulations that eyeliner provides; either melting into the wrinkles under my eyes or just plain disappearing. If I wore brown eyeliner, it would melt and make me look like I had a skin condition, if I wore black ,in about two hours I looked like a Panda. In short, the many eyeliners that I tested did not stay on for longer than a few hours and I would have to constantly be checking in mirrors to try and fix the eyeliner that had travelled halfway down my face. It was a pain and because I didn't want to be seen looking into a  Read the complete review
