Clinique Rinse Off Eye Makeup Solvent

Since Clinique are one of my favourite brands (due to the fact that they cater well to my skin and are animal friendly) their rinse-off eye makeup solvent seemed too good to be true. The blurb claims that it is a "fast, water-rinsable eye makeup dissolver" which "cleans up eyes easily without disturbing other makeup". The question is, can any product really clean up eye makeup without making you look like a panda, and without interfering with any other makeup you might be wearing? The answer is: possibly. This is a review of Clinique's rinse-off eye makeup solvent. I use a liquid eyeliner and mascara everyday, so I need a decent eye make-up remover. Well, I certainly don’t want to wake up looking like a bamboo eating teddy bear! I’ve tried most tricks in the book, from using soap and water all the way through to leaving it all on over-night and building up the layers – euurrrgghh! I am not renowned for wearing make-up on a day to day basis. This has a lot to do with laziness on my part coupled with a long-held belief that it is nice to have somewhere to 'go' with your make-up in the evenings.
