Advantages: Packaging is attractive

Disadvantages: Expensive for what it does

I bought this stuff after seeing the advertisement campaign for the “Clinique Body” range – sucker that I am. I bought it from Boots at around £10.99 for a 200ml tube. It is described as: “A comforting experience for the whole body” on the bottle, and it does do what it says.

It has no real scent, only a very slight fragrance, and is a gentle, creamy exfoliating wash, which has been allergy tested. I tend to use it in the shower, and it does give a nice soft feeling to your skin, but is not really meant for rougher areas of skin, as it is too gentle. The packaging is attractive, which the usual "Clinique C" lettering in silver on the front.

Although it is only meant as a gentle exfoliator, and only for occasional use (ie. once or twice a week), it can only be used sparingly anyway at that price, in order for you to be able to afford to use it. I think a cheaper alternative would work just as well.
