Advantages: Lightweight, for oily or combination skin

Disadvantages: Probably not enough cover on its own

Clinique is one of my favourite brands of make-up, and this sheer pressed matte powder, is one of my regulars in my make-up bag.

It comes in a compact container in the normal green packaging associated with Clinique, and inside the compact is a mirror, as well as an applicator sponge. It certainly looks classy enough to take out of your bag with confidence.

And it is with confidence as well that you could apply it. The product is very light on your face, and is great for absorbing any oiliness, and to get rid of that T-zone shine. And because it is so lighweight, it allows your skin to breathe. It evens out skin tone, but does not cake or dry out your face.

It comes in a wide range of shades to cater for all skin tones, and there is sure to be the right one for you.

I would not use it solely as a base, but then if you have more flawless skin, a light powder might be sufficient.

I would certainly recommend this product.... a little green gem!
