Advantages: Feels and looks good. Often a freebie if you buy other products from them!

Disadvantages: It's fairly expensive (but not prohibitively so)

Let's cut to the chase. I am a woman. I am (nearly) 35 and would probably, in all honesty, feel a bit of a fraudster if I ticked the 'Spring Chicken' box. I live in Sussex where the climate is mild. (Such a beige word, 'mild' isn't it. Like 'pleasant'. Discuss). I have skin. It is neither particularly dark nor English rose pale. It is, however, a little on the blotchy side, I suppose. My nan had similar skin. On her, it looked right, but she was old, as nans are. On her it was rosy-cheeked. On me it is a blimmin nuisance.

Is it my own fault? Yes it is, thank you for asking, because I may have sunbathed once or twice when younger without any sun cream on my face, thinking, I don't know, that my youth would repel the bad sun stuff and let only the good sun stuff in. Result - blotchy skin. Solution - Clinique Super City Sun Block. (Please please avoid saying this if you have a lisp. I'm saying this for your own good. You don't want blotchy skin and no friends because you spat on them).

Is it really that good? Yes, it is. It's fab. Great under foundation as someone else has mentioned, and it doesn't irritate or burn the skin as I have found some other similar products have done in the past. Naming no names (ask me ask me)

I find that it's a little paler than my natural skin tone when first applied but that this quickly settles down. In short, I love it. Buy it. We're off to Oz in December and I will definitely be stocking up on this before we go.

Summary: It's great - highly recommended whatever your skin tone
