Advantages: Nice look

Disadvantages: Not cheap

I love the Clinique range of products and I use a number of them and one of my current favourites is this Superbalm Moisturising Gloss. It is a high quality product however that does mean you have to fork out a few pounds for it as a small tube will set you back £13. There are eight colour varieties, at the moment I own a couple, Mango which is a great summer colour and gives my lips a coral look and raspberry which is a darker pink colour and gives them a richer feel. Overall the eight varieties provide a nice spread of colours to choose from.

The balm comes in a clear plastic tube with a silver top and to apply you just give it a little squeeze and apply it straight from the tube which is nice and simple and no need to mess about with an applicator. It spreads on really easily and it does not need a lot to give your lips a full covering of balm.

I like the thickness of this lip gloss, it gives my lips a nice deep, rich colour and they look plumper as well when ever I use this product. It leaves them with a wet look but without the stickiness that other products leave you with. My lips are nice and shiny and the moisturising effect is pretty good as well with this balm.

For me this is ideal for every day use and while it is not cheap it does last a long time so you do feel like you are getting good value for money from the product. Plus sometimes you will find Clinique products as part of a promotion so it is a good idea to stock up when you get the chance.

Summary: Worth the money
