I was having a dilema few months ago, my skin was in such a terrible state - my face was covered in spots that i could not seem to get rid of. I tried everything i could think of to get fid of them, eating more fruit and veg, drinking more water, making sure i removed my make up properly every night, i even tried going on the pill - as that has helped my skin before. But nothing was working. And at 24yrs old, spots are supposed to be a thing of the past.

So after two months of being on the pill and even that not working, i decided to take a trip to my local boots store. There i went to the Clinique counter and asked the assistant what would be the best thing to use to get rid of my spots. She was very helpful and recommended a few of their Anti Blemish products. She also recommended the Clinique Turnaround Concentrate, she said that it was brilliant at helping to promote new skin. I was a little unsure at first, as it was £30 for a small 30ml bottle. I also had a handful of other Clinique products!!! So it was an expensive shopping trip without adding the Turnaround Concentrate onto the bill too. But i trusted what the assistant was telling me and from past experience i know that Clinique products are good and i was desperate to get rid of my spots, so was willing to try anything. So that day i ended up spending £70 on 4 products. So i was hoping that they were going to work.

When i got home that night, the first thing i did was use all of my Clinique products. And what can i say, it was brilliant!! I have never looked back since. All the products worked brilliantly. I could tell the difference after the first use. But the Turnaround Concentrate was the best.

You really do have to use it to see the brilliant effects it has on your skin. You notice a difference after the first use. My spots were less noticeable after one use. It leaves you skin feeling so smooth, soft and silky. It moisturises too. My face always feels at its best after i have used this product. It acts as an anti wrinkle cream too. I had a few faint frown lines on my forehead and after a week they were already less noticeable. And now, after using this product for six months, the wrinkles have disappeared completely.

It is an expensive product considering the bottle is so small. But a little goes a long way. As i have found with all Clinique products. In the past six months i have only had to buy two bottles. Which is great, concidering it is a skin renewer and anti wrinkle cream all in one.

To sum this product up, all i can say is once you have used it once, you will never look back. It really is an excellent product and really great value for money. I would rate tis product 20/10.

Summary: Brilliant product, that does what is says on the bottle and more.
