Advantages: Good music, nice crowd, great location

Disadvantages: A bit pricey by local standards

Klub Punkt is a club in the center of Warsaw which mostly plays reggae, dancehall, jungle and breakbeat, it normally has some quite good dj's playing and often has punk/psychobilly concerts or special parties in midweek. They normally host a pretty good Halloween Party which draws a huge crowd. The downside is that entrance is usually quite dear by local standards at around 15zl (3.90) and beer costing 9zl (2.25), the club normally appeals to a young clean crowd in some pretty interesting outfits.

The club is by no means your standard reggae shack but a well planned and decorated pub with spotless toilets (enormous queues when there's a concert though) and friendly staff, even doormen. They're disco lights are also of a pretty good standard, it's normally fairly quiet during midweek and you can find a place to sit.

To get there you must get to Plac Konstytucji and then follow the road called Koszykowa on the opposite side to the KFC until you reach the first corner, the club is on the left in a dip because it's underground. It's incredibly central and very close to several hotels and a youth hostel.
