Ice Bar (Warsaw) ... Bar is a club/pub in Warsaw that is a bit of a novelty idea really, I ve only been there once and it was in the middle of the day, so I can t really say what the atmosphere is like at night. It costs 10zl (2.50 to get in), the ice room is always kept below -8, however men in search of perky nipples will be disappointed as everyone is given a super insulated space suit type garment to wear which either make you look quite cool or a complete fool, depending on your appearance and how much vodka the other people have drank. Nightclubs in Berlin in General ... am a student living in Berlin at the moment as part of my year abroad and I guarantee that every saturday night my friends and I will be partying in the capital! I have lived here since October 2007 so I have had plenty of time to experience what Berlin nightlife has to offer and I can totally see why it is one of the most vibrant and liberal cities in the world! There are clubs for everyone s music taste and electro/techno is massive over here in Germany! Irish Harp Pub ... seems like everywhere you go in the world you can find an authentic Irish pub to rest your feet and drown your sorrows. In Berlin there are several of these themed pubs to choose from. The Harp is a comfortable medium sized pub in the Charlottenberg district of Berlin- not near any touristy places though, for that head to the Europa near the zoo if you are dire need of Irish culture. Note of caution, if you turn up at number 5 (as listed on the dooyoo website) and demand Guiness you won t have much luck- better to head to number 15 where the Harp resides.
