I have eaten in 101 Talbot a few times and I absolutely love it. The service is excellent from the moment you enter the establishment to when you leave it. I ate in 101 Talbot with a friend a month ago. For starters I had garlic bread, then I had steak in a red wine jus and then I had pavlova. The portions are a great size and the food tastes gorgeous. The service is very subtle and the waitresses seem to appear at exactly the moment you need them. The decor is understated and I like the way they have different art (from local artists) displaying every few months. When I was there were amazing photos on the wall.
