I've been to Rumba alot over the two years I've been living in London. It always seems to be the only option after my couple of pints on a thursday. I've seen some classic nights, ranging from a guest appearance from DJ Marky (who promptly mashed it up... I will describe later...), to Todd Terry (doing his first official drum'n'bass set). This is a small club, but is very popular, it gets rammed quickly so come early to be able to get in. The music is good and caters pretty much to everyone with drum'n bass. Good variety most days of the week for example:- Movement, Thur), jazzy hip hop (Gilles Peterson's That's how it is on Mondays). Garage grooves (Saturdays) and Latin rhythmes (Tuesdays.
