Despite its location in the heart of tacky, tourist London, close to Piccadilly Circus, Bar Rumba has - for a good many years now - been one of the most unpretentious and approachable central London bar/clubs. The weekly Tuesday salsa night is a highlight. Ideal for beginners, there are early evening salsa classes before you are let loose on the dancefloor. The vibe is relaxed, the crowd is dressed down, and there are decent cocktails to be had (don't miss happy hour).
