Advantages: good music, good dj's

Just reading the old reviews of the boom boom rooms in bangor, northern ireland, but them times are gone and it now Bangors big club goes by the name of Cafe Ceol and Mint. Cafe Ceol is a sort of cocktail bar downstairs and then upstairs in Mint which is the club. Alongside mint is a function room called the sumo lounge.

I love this place for a night out it appeals to everyone, it has 80' to 2000's music downstairs at the weekends and then upstairs on a saturday night it has its big name dj's and huge club night where the dancefloor is absolutly bouncing.

They did used to have a poor door policy and usually the place was overcome with underagers but they have had a refurbishment and now a stricter door policy where on friday nights its over 20's and saturdays over 21's.

Cafe Ceol/Mint/Sumo is an awesome night out i would recommend for any of the younger generation.
