Elements the Hooj Choons night at Electrowerktz is quickly building a reputation as one of the best club nights in London. Once you go there it's easy to see why. Only a stones throw from Angel Tub Station, the queue is minimal (we have never waited longer than 10 minutes at most), there is no dress code. The club itself is very basic with the main room (downstairs) consisting of nothing more than a concrete floor and green lasers, drinks come in plastic glasses and are suprisingly cheap for a London venue (Lager £2.50 a can). What the club lacks in decor it more than makes up for with the music, a constant supply of excellent DJ's in both rooms means no-one is sitting down after 11pm! open until 5am it's lively, small and sometimes unbelivably loud, not for the faint hearted! Music ranges from hard trance downstairs to funky house upstairs. This is the most consistently good night I could recommend, it's always a pleasure going back each month and seeing the same friendly faces, and at a mere £6-£8 on the door it won't be hard on your wallet. highly recommended!
