Having been to Fabric a few times now, I have to say I prefer the Friday nights more than the Saturdays, more breakbeat and a bit funkier, however Saturday is a good night aswell. It is split in to a number of rooms. The hardcore dancefloor, that hits you straight in the senses as you first enter after walking down the stairs, leads onto a chilling corridor with large seats, then through to another large dance floor that plays more mainstream music, if you venture upstairs you will find a room over looking the two dancefloors playing funkier music. All the rooms, although very much open to each other have good sound systems that prevent a lot of crossover noise ... Read the complete review

You need only go to Fabric once and you are sure to be come back to it. I've been there almost 5 or 6 times and everytime i've had a phenomenol time. First, the resident DJ's are the best ive seen anywhere, unless your at Home when Oakey was Djing or something like that. Craig Richards and Terry Francis rock! They produce different and exquisite music everytime..just to name a couple of them. If your lucky enough to go when X-press 2 are playing then your in for something amazing. These 2 guys who DJ quite often at Fabric as ive seen them 2 out of 5 times make their own music on the spot. They play together....they have these computerized ... Read the complete review

Fabric I waited in the queue for over one hour in order to enter Fabric. Entrance was £ 12. It was a very huge place. Everyone was telling me to go there but I did not like the club that much. I can say that prices are changeable in the same night. They also closed at 3 o’clock. It was not worth for standing in the queue for hours. We went there as 10 pople we did not like the ambiance at all. In comparison with Ministery of Sound, I absolutely prefer Ministery of Sound. ` ... Read the complete review

Having moved to London 4 months ago, I am ashamed to say that my experience of the nightlife had not extended much further than overpriced, posey pubs and clubs in the West End, until the first Friday in February when a friend visiting from Liverpool persuaded me to venture a little further East. I was advised to dress down for Fabric, and I'm glad I did. We arrived at 9.30 having been unable to buy tickets earlier in the day - it was still about £12 to get in (£10 N.U.S.), but we only queued for, what, 2mins, and another bonus was that we got to familiarise ourselves with the rather large and labrynthial (if that is a word) interior before the hoardes arrived. ... I'm very confused about the popularity of Fabric. That isn't to say I haven't enjoyed the nights out I've had there because I have, but I can't fathom the scale of people's praise for it. To me it's a very average venue with a good PR department and that is the main reason so many people consider it the 'coolest' club in the city. In their favour they do have excellent line-ups on a regular basis, and good high-profile regulars such as James Lavelle, Grooverider and the Scratch Perverts. They leave no genre of dance music unrepresented, and they're very cool about the crowd they let in (there's no dress code at all). I ... Read the complete review
