If you dont mind your feet sticking to the floor this is definately the pub for you! Only joking (but being a little serious - cleanliness is not their strong point) Flares is an 70s themed pub. There are outlets all over the country in city and town centre locations.

Drinks in Flares are pretty cheap as far as town centre pubs go. The quality isnt great but there are usually certain drinks on offer each night. The white wine is horrible and comes in a beaker! Very Strange. Queues vary depending on the time you go. Busiest periods seem to be between 10 and 11pm on a fri and sat night.

The music played is mostly cheese and the cliantelle is older than your average pub. Flares is a popular pub for hen and stag dos so can get quite rowdy - i dont think it helps that you can buy afro wigs and elvis sunglasses from behind the bar.

All in all Flares is a really fun night. It isnt a classy place but then it doesnt purport to be. The drinks are cheap the music is cheesy and that does attract a certaqin type of person. Avoid if easily offended or go with the flow!

Summary: worth a visit if already drunk!
