The night I got locked out the house- and ended up in Life (Life)

Advantages: Fairly cheap

Disadvantages: Feels a bit like you'll be on Police, Camera, Action!

Last time I went to Life was not exactly by choice- I was putting the rubbish out when the front door slammed shut in the wind, leaving me with no key, no shoes on, but luckily my phone in my pocket. My housemate's weren't back untill the next morning which left me with the choices of a)smashing a window or b)staying with my friend who lives nearby. I chose b), which put me at the mercy of accompanying my friend to whatever plans she already had for the night.
So that's how I ended up in Life, feeling ridiculously underdressed, wearing a pair of heels one size too small on a Saturday night in Leicester. The club itself was quite big, smelled weird, had cheap alcohol and played your standard chart hits. The people were generally there to pull, which when your in a relationship, not very intoxicated and are there not out of choice, can get annoying when your bum is involuntarily pinched for the seventh time.
I don' t think I'd go again to be honest, although it was an.... interesting experience.

Summary: You've got to be on at least your sixth drink to enjoy this one
