Media is a high class club in the centre of Nottingham, in the shell of an old theatre.
It is excellent if what you are looking for is a quality night out, a bit different to the usual cheesy alternatives during the week in Nottingham. The music on the main dancefloor is usually house though the club consists of a number of different rooms, each with its own atmosphere. There is even a playstation room! There are special nights where the music policy changes but to get the full Media experience you should really go when true Media music is in use. The club is quite pricey as far as drinks and entrance fee go compared to most other clubs in Nottingham, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when the best DJs are playing.
A word of warning - if you go, be reasonably smart. The bouncers don't like trainers, even on Student nights.
