CC Blooms (Edinburgh) ... a gay turist in edingburg for the first I visited CC Blooms and was suprised that a so lovley town whith such a lot a nice gaybars a place like cc blooms can exist. the place was run down, the staf was rude and unfriendly. and the door man was almoust agressive!!! It felt like nobody from had a profesional attetude about the work they in the place! Not even the dj could impress me, bad 80ies hits badley mixed together. And beware of the toilets.... not a fresh and clean place, smels like urine!!! The place was moustly visited by verry drunk lesbians, that was screeming to eachother and had a hard time walking straight, so hold on to your drink... or you will have all ... Mono ... a former employee all is not what it seems. While you lot are all having fun we re being paid not very much to serve you. It s all fun though and worth it. There are always different events on, like burlesque night, silent disco or even the bunny ball. There s even been live bands and comedians performing. While essentially a nightclub the place is used for all sorts of things, sports groups and poker nights have also taken place here. There s always something fun going on, even during the quieter summer periods when everyone s gone home. The Vaults ... trip to Edinburgh s dark side! My partner and I decided to go on a trip (yeah again. We are never in!) We decided on Edinburgh for the day. It is only 100 miles from where we live (best not walk then.) Edinburgh is easy to drive to but we decided to let the train take the strain.. (Good saying or what?) We booked our tickets online and they were the reader offer ones where you save tickets up in our local newspaper and therefore it is greatly reduced in price, some of the tickets for that day were as much as 200quid however ours came to a staggering £20..
