I have been going to Shine in the Mandela Hall in Queen's Student's Union for nearly two years and I still love it! The atmosphere is always great and they have some of the best names in house, drum and bass and techno DJs playing, for example the legendary Carl Cox! I was introduced to Shine by my boyfriend who had been going there for a few years himself. I was a bit cautious, having always stuck to places I knew- Hunters, Laverys and the like- and also having no interest in the type of music played there.
