Advantages: Brill atmosphere
Hello! I'm writing about Camden Palace again. I know I love the place but this is one club night to check out. It's called Frantic and the music is hard house/ Nu NRG Trance. Quality top DJ's and an amazing atmosphere.
I went on Saturday May 12th and it was brilliant. The DJ’s playing were Andy Farley, Matt Clarke, Phil Reynolds, Spencer Freeland and many more top Hard house DJ’s. I took one of my friends who had never been clubbing in London before. She’d never even listened to the music before and she loved it. She told me
“You’ve converted me! I’m going clubbing all the time now!”
And before you ask, no she did not do any drugs whatsoever. She loved it based on the music and atmosphere.
But then you might not enjoy a place like this if you don’t listen to the music properly, want to pull, like to get drunk and are too self conscious about the way you look. This is a place where everyone is friendly, there’s no attitude and you can dance however you want, as long as you want without anyone laughing at you!
It started at 9pm and ended at 6am. Tickets cost £14 with £1.80 booking fee (online)
P.S. I am not writing about the club – just the night. Camden Palace has it’s own section!
Anyone else been to Frantic? Opinions welcome!
