Quality, Highly recommended... With my faith in London clubs waining... too commercial, too busy, pretentious interior; I was pleased with this little nugget of a club. Right in the centre of town, you'd expect a disproportionate amount of drunken 'suits' to clog the dancefloor (like Bar Rumba), but no! The crowd was superb; friendly, and well-up for a good dance. The club is found through an innocuous entrance on Charing Cross Road. Once in the club, it is clear that you have found something different from the usual... its tiny! Well... smaller than the monstrous fabric that's for sure. This size of club is, in my opinion, ideal; you're always guarenteed a good atmosphere, and everyone's close to the action. The other striking thing about this club is the absence of an MC. Something which I'm sure alot of you out there would be VERY pleased to see; none of that nonsense ranting. It puts the emphasis on the actual music being played, which was also superb. I think the line-up for that night was the legendary Fabio and Grooverider... so you can't really complain. Actually I thought the music was some of the best I ever heard (no exaggeration!). Bar Prices are pretty average. They do Cocktails and all the rest. Entrance is cheap for students at only 4 quid(6 pounds otherwise). The only annoying thing is the 10'o'clock start, which is a pretty late start for a Wednesday night (I could have done with chilling to some music from about 8.30) but once you're there its all worth it. Go There!
