Advantages: small, intimate, small!
Disadvantages: really small, bad music, not cheap!
Above the brewery on berry street is a small room they call the Lemon Lounge... The lemon lounge is the smallest and most pathetic excuse for a club i have ever seen. It is smaller than most bars, in fact it is a very small and limited bar! As you get to the top of the stairs, you can see the entire 'club' then the man sitting on a little chair asks you to part with your beer money for the privaledge of entering the room, more so after 1030pm. They have regular and guest dj's who look about twelve and play the most awful noise you have ever heard! I couldn't even describe it to you... There is nothing really nice to say about this place except if you know the people there, the dj or something it is probably nicely intimate. Otherwise, i would recomend staying away especially if the brewery downstairs has been working that day, the smell can get too much!

- 03/04/02 ditto Jeff. When in Liverpool, Cream or Voodoo, tho they're both full on nights so maybe not something you'd do Every week ;-) |

- 31/08/01 I hate bars that think they are clubs, especially ones that charge you for the 'priviledge' of being deafened by crap DJ's whilst being taken for a ride over the drinks prices. Stick to the proper clubs. |

- 30/08/01 I agree with gg. Both your new ops seemed rushed, I would re rate if you expanded them though. |
