Newest Review: ... side street. I was slightly miffed at the entrance fee of £13, but decided it was still worth a look. The Void has two rooms the chill out room, which plays funky music all night lon. so if you get fed up if the hard fast beat you could always change rooms and mellow out. The main room was massive and the lay-out was pretty cool. You have to decend staircases before you get onto the dance floor, which is always heaving. Standing watching everyone below you is a godd alternative to jumping around like an idiot but its not as fun. The Void has a great lineup of DJ's. When my friends asked if i wanted to go clubbing in Hanley, i expected to be going to a cheesy club with pop music and 'I am the music man' at the end of the night. I was surprised to find a very popular club on a side street. I was slightly miffed at the entrance fee of £13, but decided it was still worth a look.
