For example it has great ideas like a permanent filter which you simply remove and wash and a large pot which stands on a hotplate, well it needs to really if you dont want warm coffee. Braun Tassimo Hot Beverage System TA 1400 ... first one of these i had was for christmas, i was really looking forward to a cafe style coffee so i plugged it in, followed all the instructions to then find out that it was faulty! So took it back boxing day got another one, finally set it up and it worked. I wasnt impressed with the taste of the coffee at all, i d much rather boil a kettle and have an instant coffee! I found that the condensed milk was too harsh a taste and i ended up using real milk but i also found that the cups were not getting filled up enough and i found i had to do the whole thing twice to get a full cup of coffee. DeLonghi ICM 2B ... love coffee in our household and lots of it! I purchased this coffee maker from argos just before christmas at £19.99 which is an excellent price. Its quite a sturdy contraption and doesnt take up much space on the kitchen counter, its not too bad on noise levels either when its heating the water and filtering away. My issue with the coffee maker is the amount of coffee you need to put in and the amount of cups you get back out, we drink mugs of coffee not teeny tea cups full. I found that we get 4 mugs of coffee, also when its done filtering the coffee I find that you need to leave it sit for around 10-15mins on the built in hot plate if you want your coffee hot and ... Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 ... am a huge coffee fan and had for a while been thinking of purchasing a coffee machine. I decided I wanted this particular coffee machine after seeing an advert on tv. I like the compact design which I think looks slightly animal like, as some coffee machines can be quite large. I also thought it would be easier to use than some other brands. I was bought one as a christmas gift (at the time it retailed approx £99.00). I was impressed by the look of the machine (it was cream and matched my kitchen), it was compact and fitted neatly on the worktop without looking like an alien had landed there.
