I bought this as I liked the idea that it uses instant coffee rather than all the pods. Its cheaper to run than the pod versions. I do prefer a milky coffee. I bought this half price its not worth the full £100
Its sturdy. Its easy to clean.
It really does make a nice cappuccino, its also very easy to use and heats up quickly.
You can make all sorts of milky drinks but the hot chocolate powder (for example) has to go straight into the cup.
You can get a normal sized mug under it, rather than the cups which is a plus
Its a bit of a pain having to wash it through each time its used but its necessary other wise the milk tube clogs up with old milk and and that could lead to all sorts of nasty bugs. cleaning it through is a must and its easy enough to do.
The down fall is that its a big bulky machine that really is only a milk frother ( i tend to put my coffee straight into the cup ) .
I took the back off (to investigate dont try this at home) and they could of easily halfed the machine.
