Coffee is sort of the bane of my existance. There are days where i'll drink 2 cups, then there are days when i'll drink 12. It's an addiction really. I personally feel they need to have C.A. meetings for us Coffee Addicts. This may seem like useless information in a Coffee Machine review, but it'll give you a little backup info for the coffee snob that I am. I lived in France for about a year before moving to the U.K. In France they don't do normal "Pot" coffee. Bought this machine some time ago because of the large jug and espresso function, and have not been disappointed. It very quickly produces a great pot of coffee, which stays really hot on the hotplate. Espresso, too, is quick and easy. The jug could do with being a little bigger; if you need several cups it's quite a feat to produce the last cup before the first cup is cold, but the espresso itself is just like you buy in the shops. However, on the downside, the milk frother is a little primitive and I've always wondered just how hygienic it is.
