Having never had a coffee machine before i decided to try this dolce gusto and i wasn't disapointed. The coffee out of this machine is better than any shop bought coffee i have ever had. It was quite complicated to work out how to use at first the pictures on the coffee box's and instructions weren't too great but i managed to figure it out after a look at a few videos on google. If i was to get anything changed it would be this. Never rated the features too well because there is no features it does what it says on the box make's coffee and thats it. I've also found that the cappuccino capsules are identical to the latte apart from less milk the cappuccino capsules so if you like latte's and cappuccino your better off just buying 2 box's of latte's rather than one of each. The machine is really easy to clean i've had mine for 4 months now and not needed to clean it yet. It's very good for keeping itself clean. The last final recommendation is the hot chochlate in this machine. One of the best i've ever had.

Summary: Excellent coffee maker that will get you addicted to coffee.
