Advantages: Wide range of capsules.

Disadvantages: Slow Flow

The product is far less than what I expected it to be. Firstly it taskes some time to make the coffee meanwhile you can't leave it, you have to watch it to see when the coffee has finished making. And the speed is more of a dribble or sometimes even a drip rather than a constant flow. Also some drinks require dual capsules like Chocochino (Hot Chocolate), Cappachino etc... These can be annoying as you have to calculate the amount of each the coffee or chocolate and the hot milk (which comes in it's own capsule) also when removing the capsule it can spill and make a mess, and the dripping or dribble can cause splashing. Also when you turn of the machine some coffee continues to flow, meaning you have to constantly empty the tray underneath. But a wide range of capsules are offered instores and online, offering points towards your online purchases.

Summary: Not a great product but useful.
