I inherited my dolce gusto coffee machine through my aunty.
on receiving it i thought what a great little coffee machine, she even threw in the reminder of her coffee capsules.
One thing i will say is at this point is that i didnt have the instruction booklet, However i thought how hard can this be?
Yes i filled the nice clear water tank up and then managed to work out how to insert the capsule in and turn the nob to red for HOT water.. and then to dispense..
hmmm so why is it just hot milk coming out ?? well this completely baffled me cos i tried another capsule again thinking i may have a faulty capsule.. but no hot milk again.
I gave up at this point thinking the machine must be faulty i asked my aunty for the instruction booklet.. and yes there i have it .. you have to insert the milk capsule (1st step) and then insert the coffee capsule (2nd step) .. there you go a cup of coffee that i must say tasted better than a coffee house.. So if you do plan to buy one 2nd hand ensure the instruction booklet comes with it .
all in all, the machine isnt fancy with lots of dials and features it just dispenses a nice cup of coffee.. which is a little on the pricey side
