When this first came out my other half went on and on about getting one - so we did.
Now that we have it - it is virtually never used, for the following reasons.

1. The milk capsules that are provided do not taste particularly nice
2. In particular I do not like the hot chocolate or any of the coffees for that matter
3. The cost of having to buy the actual capsules is absolutely extortionate - I believe they are roughly between £3.20 and £3.50 depending on where you buy them from - and this is only for about 8 servings!!
4. The cost of the actual machine in comparison to filter coffee machines is pretty expensive ranging from about £60.00 - £100.00 when you can get a filter coffee machine for £20.00 - £30.00 - and even less if you want!

All in all I do not rave about this coffee machine at all - if you are a coffee lover I would simply stick to the good old filter coffee - it tastes a heck of a lot better and will save you a fortune!!
