The stencils are light enough to be supported by the froth, when it comes to removing it I use a cocktail stick to prise up one edge enough to pick the stencil up with my fingers but without disturbing the froth. There's a knack to it but once you've found a method that works for you you'll be creating coffee masterpieces in no time.

WHAT IS IT? A set of five stencils for decorating the tops of your cappuccinos before you add the chocolate powder or cinnamon. IS IT ANY GOOD? The stencils are made of a thin plastic, just smaller than the top of s standard coffee mug. You place a stencil on top of your cappuccino froth and sprinkle your chocolate topping over it, when you lift the stencil the chocolate will have created a design.
