I have had this machine for quite a while and don't use it much compared to the parents but it's pretty good! It's ideal for any home as well as a small office or work place. It produces lovely espresso but it's got to come from somewhere! The key to the coffee is the variety you buy. You can buy the coffee pods at their shops, which are far and few between. You can also order them online and buy them on places like eBay. The machine is black and grey. The bulk of the machine is grey or more a silver colour, and the hood that does most the action is black along with the base your mug will sit on. The base has a silver griddle over it where your mug sits so any ... Read the complete review

We drink quite a lot of coffee at work (decaff for me in my defense) and luckily (or unluckily sometimes) I am in the position of being sat next to the coffee machine, which is a Magimix Nespresso M200. When I heard that my office paid over £150 for this machine at first I was horrified - after using it for months though, although I will not be in a position to buy one for my home at that price, I have come to think of it as being slightly better value than I initially thought. The machine is very nice in it's design, being black, silver and grey in colour which would fit in with a lot of kitchens I imagine for home use, and fits in with the office ... After spending a fortune in coffee shops we decided to invest in a coffee machine and have our 'proper' coffee fix at home instead of out. Several friends have different machines - some that you have to grind the coffee and some that use pods. Out of all of them we prefered the taste of the Nespresso Pods and so chose a machine that would use these. The Magimix is a very smart looking machine - mine is chrome and black and looks good on my worktop. It is also a good compact size. You do need to use the Nespresso pods which I buy online as there are very few shops around that sell these. Even so it works out at about 28p per cup of coffee - a lot ... Read the complete review

I absolutely love this machine, as I am an absolute coffee fiend! It's extremely easy to make delicious coffee very quickly. Though I do find the milk steamer tends to make my milk a bit watery so I've had to buy an additional milk frother as I can't seem to get it right - maybe I just need barista lessons!? Cleaning is a bit of a faff but I get someone else to do that :) My machine came with a lungo (long coffee) and espresso cup and saucer which are branded and really cool. I also bought a large selection box of capsules. They're numbered to indicate strength and all are stunning. Some are more suited for use as an espresso drink and some for standard ... I bought my Magimix Nespresso machine about a year ago and haven't looked back since. You can get the machines from numerous high street stores, but the coffee itself is another matter. The coffee itself only comes in small single use pods that you can only get from the nespresso website or from their own exclusive stalls/shops inside stores such as Selfridges in the Trafford Centre in Manchester. Despite this, it is very reasonably priced at between 25-30p per cup. This machine makes espressos, lungos, lattes, and cappucinos. It is very simple to use and works very quickly. Just flip the machine on, fill the water jug, pop your choice of pod in, pull the handle .. Read the complete review
