Wot a great product and what a great price for it. I bought this baby for £49 while browsing for Xmas gifts at Currys and there hasnt yet been a day that I havent used it. The machine is sectioned in three parts: The Filter Coffee maker, the Milk Frother and the Espresso maker. You may have spotted each of these sections sold separately and looking the same as in this combo but the way they have combined these 3 parts together is ergonomic and very convenient. I have had this coffee machine for about 2 years now and although it does its job there are a number of niggly things which could do with being improved. Unless you really love your coffee this is a bit over the top for most households. The positives first of all. The choice; you can make pretty much anything from mocha to latte, cappuccino to expresso. The capacity; 10 cups is plenty. The design; it is very easy to take apart, claen and reassemble. The negatives; the thermostatic hoplate although it is hot it doesn't seem to heat the milk. The frother; it makes a mess resulting in the majority of milk ending up on you or on the hotplate resulting in a burnt milk stains and a bad smell.
