Advantages: Quick coffee, tasty brew, nice looks.

Disadvantages: Milk heater takes forever (I forgot we had it until I looked at it to review!

I love this machine. (I'll start here, then we'll go downhill!)
It works like a charm, the coffee is always lovely, it's quick to make, and it makes the house smell lovely.
Generally, I use the espresso maker to make myself cappucinos. It takes approximatley 3 minutes to make my drink (I use just up to the two line with water, and at the two line of coffee). The milk warmer is dissapointing, but then again, it's not exactly a Gaggia, so instead I microwave my milk for 1:20. The useful thing about this is that I can put the coffee on, have a quick shower, put the milk on, give it a quick froth with my aerolatte, and have a nice drink to take with me to my room or put in a travel cup on a drive.

The main problems have been firstly with the cleaning, the glass can get a little dark and the jugs are pretty fiddly to clean (I broke one once, but after a quick call to Morphy Richards, and £10 down, a new one came in the post later that week). To counteract this, I reccomend rinsing it through with water as soon as you've finished, and then you can give the whole thing a clean once a week.
Also, it tends to go slowly after a while, but you can run descaler through it once in a while and it's back to normal soon (I live in a softwater area, if yours is hard, I suppose you might need to make it a monthly chore)
Lastly, there's a gap on the top of the espresso maker where one pours the water in. This means if you're not accurate with your aim (and, let's face it, most men aren't), the water can drip down into the bottom tray. All this means is that you should clean it out regularly.

Now I'm making it seem like all you do with this is clean but quite honestly it's a great piece of kitchen gadgetry. Just remember to store the coffee in your freezer!

Summary: One of the best I've tried :)

General quality and controls
Noisy in use?
Any dishwasher safe parts?

Althoug h adding info isn't compulsory it could further boost your review. If you need help or if you update your review, please message me.
