As a dedicated fresh coffee drinker, I was very excited by this product, which my husband bought for me from a service station, I think. It seemed like the perfect quick alternative to brewing a pot of coffee every morning before work - less washing up, less descaling of the coffee machine etc. However, I have been extremely disappointed with the product. It is easy to clean and the mug retains the heat in the coffee well, but these advantages are outweighed by some significant disadvantages.
