Advantages: Makes hot drinks very quickly, delicious choice of hot drinks available

Disadvantages: Bit tricky to clean, pods (coffee, hot choc discs ect) are a little pricey

I bought this machine last Christmas and used it none stop morning and night for about 1 month. I became somewhat tired of this machine soon after mainly due to the effort of having to dismantle it and clean it after each drink that contained milk, I therefore started drinking herbal teas from my machine instead and saving the coffees etc to when I had more time as it was rather difficult to make one in a rush in the mornings as if you left it till you got home to clean it had really stuck to the little parts and I had to clean around it with a cotton bud! Especially the hot chocolates, There aren't an awful lot of choices available at the supermarkets either however the online shop has a very wide selection available and if you spend a certain amount (I think over £20-£25) you qualify for free delivery. I now mainly use my machine for non milky drinks such as flavoured teas and normal tea or coffee and then add my own milk instead of using the milker disc. However for all my moaning I still love my machine as the drinks it can make are delicious so I guess I'm just being slightly lazy with the cleaning side of it. You do get a small plastic cleaning disk with the machine which you put in the top where the disks go and this flushes just water through. This does clean to a certain extent, perfectly adequate for the non milky drinks. The discs are fairly expensive also. All this aside, it does makes a really good drink in a very short time and its pretty straight forward to use.
